about this site, or about me?

This site was born a few months ago. My background is C++/Java/COM/Web-back-end-stuff. Having a spare "server" in my home-office, I descided now was the time to put the server to use and develop a simple web site - my personal web playground.

Although I am not new to web development, I usually dont have to dip in and do the html / front end stuff myself.... so here goes.

My server runs IIS - so ASP was an obvious for me (and I actually dont mind ASP ) - Javascript for me was the only scripting language of choice- I have the vbscript syntax, and find javascript far closer to what I more typically develop in. So here we are - Have a server, ASP and javascript at the ASP side.
